Bank deny to returns back the original title documents.

Respected Lawyers,
My Uncle took a Loan in 1997. It was declared as a N.P.A. in 2007 due to non-payment towards that Loan. It was settled by my uncle in the Year 2017 in the month of July. As the Loan was settled my uncle demands the original title documents of the property from the Bank and also ask to make a release deed as property was mortgaged for this loan at the time taking loan. Now the bank from since last one year not done the same. Please suggest a way how my uncle deal with this situation ?

You can take recourse to (1) Consumer Forum, (2) Civil Procedure , (3) Criminal procedures.

mortgage can be cleared only by release/re-conveyance deed.

The first option ought to approach the higher authorities of the Bank or the Banking Ombudsman.

No,writ petition is not maintainable as you have efficacious remedy either to approach Banking ombudsman or knock the door of Consumer Forum for deficiency in services of Bank.

My uncle already approach to banking ombudsman and consumer forum also. They also doesn't reply their complaint.

Mr Priyesh your version is not acceptable when a person files complaint before ombudsmen or consumer forum , complaint is either accepted or rejected by above forum. Appropriate forum has been suggested to you for remedy of your grievance.
