There are two lacunae in the query:
1) The author is anonymous; and
2) The query is of generic and academic nature of query without making any mention of the personal problem of the author.

In INTERNET there is nothing called as if one puts "Sita - Geeta NAME" it authentifies the QUERIEST and thus qualifies for a reply !
Also in legal opinion matters put in INTERNET a queriest PREFERS mostly ANONIMITY!
