Diff. in tender and da

(Querist) 14 March 2012 This query is : Resolved
I am one of the member of co.op.hsg.soc. i have not yet signed DA due to difference in tender and actual DA which mc after negoitation with developer has changed and passed resolution in sgm, but i think mc for their own benefits has changed DA, so can u give me proper guidance how to go against mc as i am alone to oppose against them.

if 70%of members have signed development agreement with builder and have agreed to vacate the premises then you are on weak footing .

generally after negotiations terms change. society always wants more . builder refuses to give more than necessary .

since resolution has been passed in SGM approving the DA it is binding upon you
