CAN WE GO FOR LEGAL PROCEEDINGS AGAINST MC ,IF THERE IS DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE TENDER DOCUMENT AND ACTUAL DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT SIGNED,IF THEY HAVE PASSED RESOLUTION ABOUT IT IN SGM.

Please clarify the following points:

1) Are you a bidder for the development project and your tender has been accepted or rejected? If rejected with what reasons?

2) Have you already signed agreement or yet to sign?

3) Did the MC discussed the changes by calling you for negotiation or you communicated any consent for rates on changed terms of tender document?
