distribution of intestate property of hindu male

Dear Experts

In the class I heirs only widow and step mother is surving. How many portion of shares are entitle for both to the intestate property of male hindu deceased ?

Secondly, in the Class II heirs father, brother and sister are surviving. Are they entitled to get their share to the intestated property of the deceased male hindu. If yes, how many portion ?

both will get equal share in the property of the deceased

The mother is not natural mother in this case, will she be qualified under class I heirs ?

No. In such situation, only widow shall be entitled for the grant of entire portion/property and step mother shall have no share at all.
