Distribution of land in all parties ( grandfather and his brother)

Dear Sir/Madam,
We have heredity residential property in bihar. around 45 years back our grand father had seperation from his brother where he has been allotted all the lands on the back side and all front side land has been captured by the another brother as he had monopoly at that time.after some years we constructed our house even on back side of the land as the front side was vacated as we were using it commonly. but unfortunatly aster 20 years the vacated place was captured by the our uncle( son of another grand father). last year they had dispute with in their family in which they decided to get the land measured and the vacated place was declared as its ours as logically one cant force anyone to construct house only at the back side and road side land will be pertained to another. from that date we have been requesting our cousin brother to get this finalized but they are refusing and also using different language all together.
Through this msg. i wanted to seek your expert suggestion as how move forward and what is possibility to get this land in our hold so that we can build our house there.

All the documents were joint and slowly gradually we are getting receipt from revenue department by paying taxes. but no legal separation happened other than mutual understanding.
Recently another valuer/Measurer has declared this property as mine.
to whom should i consult..any specialized or renowned name.
