my friend is in trouble. his nature is very shy and calm and also his mother. No father. he married by 1 year and not a single day good with his wife. she is short tampered and sometimes very aggressive. she has big support from her family. she never intimate to him whenever wishes to go home. she always torchered him. she dont want his mother at home. and when he said he cant stay his mother alone she has gone to her house saying dont want to come again. what to do further? lot of quarrels happened and mother is not well also. He dont want to continue this relationship as much burden on work also. she oftenly ask for money as expenses incurred during marriage from him. he is the only working person in house. now demands are high. wanted the house named on her instead of mother. very big trouble. what to do next and fast. pls. advice.

yes try to sort this out amicably positively, if not then by mutual divorce.

It is not good to go for divorce at this initial stage. Your friend should try to resolve the matter with the help of elders of the family or respectable common persons and if these negotiations fails then he should try to save his married life by filing RCR before family court and should observe the reaction and only then the future course of action should be decided.

thanks to all of you for your quick reply.
But the thing is that elders have already spoken at very intial stage of marriage and got insulted by them also. Now, the situation is that she follows law tech. with him like wrote everything what happened since marriage in false. Now, he also dont want to continue bec of so many misunderstandings among them which can't be resolved. All family members have loosen their patience being stay calm. Now, want the divorce and get rid of it. so what to do first. should he apply for divorce or wait for his notice. thanks.

mr makkad i found your reply very valuable but no answer from girl side. rather she wanted the same to happen but not go empty. she gathered all her utensils in one room and then went. pls. advice sir.
