Me and my wife are staying separate for last 7 months. As of now no cases are filed by my wife side and i dont know if they are going to file any and if so, when.
If i will disowned my parents than it will help me to get AB bail and what are issues can be while taking disowned decision

No, it won't help you, as you have been disowned after she left you.
Also, AB would depend on many factors, including but not limited to the crime alleged against you.

It would not help. AB depend upon the case and many factors. Always engage a good lawyer.

As of now she has not lodged any complaint with the police which would prompt you to obtain AB. The AB to be obtained only for you or to other family members also will depend on the complaint she will be lodging. So you come back when you are put into problem by your wife, before that it will be improper to guide you properly.

You should 1st clarify the dispute between both of u & the reason for separation. Civil jurisdiction also can help u, if u r innocent. If there is sufficient ground, better to file petition of judicial separation.
It is better to settle your dispute by your family members if there is any minor reason for separation.
