Hello Friends!
I got married 6 years back under the Maharashtra Special Marriage Act as well the same day got married as per Islamic marriage.

Me and my partner are not together since 3 years and we both agree to get seperated.

Questions
1) Can I do a 2nd marriage without giving divoce.
2) Will my special marriage under India Law will be null and void as I also married as per the Muslim Law.
3) Is there a way of Annulement or to void the marriage done under the INdian law.

since your marriage was solemnised under SMA you will have to obtain divorce before remarrying . your marriage under SMA is valid .

Your marriage under Special marriage Act is valid and before second marriage you have to take divorce.
