And my query is in this 2 years 10 months only once i lifted my hand on her on august 2015. she behave rudely with me and she takes her family (mom, dad & brother) words and fights with me not daily its rarely fight and if I raise my voice she used to dare me that she complaint to police station and give complaint on me has mental torture. And I asked her salary to share for our monthly expenses, for this reason fight began. As her father has told not to give a single paisa for expenses. and has well has shared some amount to my mother so she has an angry and continuing the quarrel. And my parents won't stay with us. We 2 (Husband & wife) are staying separately, they stay far from us 12 kilometers from our present house, So whatever she say I used to hear and keep quite. So these years i cannot control my angry. So wanted to know some information for my questions below:-
1) She asks me to give divorce, so should i need to give any compensation.
2) If I need to give compensation means it depends on my take home salary or depends on what court decides or depends on girl’s decision.
3) She is asking me divorce but I am not ready what will be the decision according to the court.
4) Before giving complaint on me in police station should I need to lodge any complaint on her or not.
5) She is daring me, that she will put me to jail and including my family members also what should i need to do in this case.
6) My Education Qualification – PUC (10+2), My wife Education Qualification – M.A (Master of Arts), B.Ed (Bachelor or Education).

1. If you both file mutual divorce petition then nothing is to be given more than settled amount.
2. It shall be decided by court keeping in view the earning of both parties as well as other factors like expenses incurred in marriage etc.
3. If she proves her case then court shall decide accordingly but if not then yo shall won.
4. No need to do so.
5. Record all threatening and make video without her knowledge.
6. Qualification should be seen prior to marriage and not now.

1) Depend on mutual agreement if proceeding with mutual consent divorce. Court may award maintenance in contested divorce..
2) Court would consider no. of factors while arriving at maintenance including income of both, life style etc.
3) Forget ego to save from complications, try for mutual consent divorce.
4) On what grounds would you lodge complaint.
5) You have to try for anticipatory bail if FIR is lodged.
6) If she is not earning, you have to pay maintenance.
