Divorce case by wife with false and hidden facts provided

(Querist) 03 July 2016 This query is : Resolved
Hi,
My wife filed a divorce suite against in which she had not declared full income details like "cash in hand" said nill, whereas in her attached bank statement, showing 65k cleared balance. Did not disclosed minor daughter bank account having funds in it. "Assets", Nill, as we both have joint property which she is claiming that she purchased from her own earning, in same suite. She is PG but mentioned Graduate.
Pls suggest what suite I can filed against her for above facts hidden and false provided to court under attestation of oath commissioner and in which acts, I.E. IPC or crpc
