Divorce papper submit in support of 498(a) case

If 498(A) case is lodge on husband through police and case is under trial. Same time Divorce has been done, and its major points is in favor of my client.

My question is this:-
Divorce order paper should be submit in the criminal court for 498(A) case or not ?
Is it helpful in 498(A) case or not?
It will be submitted through police or through government public prosecutor.

What you want to prove by such divorce papers? In a fight against A and B, B accuses A of harassment for dowry. A accuses B of cruelty.

Court has accepted A's version, B can still independently prove harassment for dowry.

However, if you have a valid point, it would be helpful.
