Hello sir/mam,
We have 15acres of land with my grandfather name. My father has 3brothers and 6 sisters.totally 10. It's ancestors property, still in my grandfather name. He died in 2007. One if my aunty is asking for equal share in property. She got married in the year 1966. Do she has all rights of asking equal property?

What is the nature of the land: say Agriculture?
It is in which state?
Was it self earned/acquired property by your grandfather (although you have mentioned 'It's ancestors property')?
Which personal law applies to deceased Grandfather e.g; Hindu Succession Laws?
It is believed that there was NO partition on record.
Succession opens upon death of owner.
Apparently your aunt has equal share.
