hello all experts
mr A goes at the walking meanwhile the dog of B bites him which kind of A got injury and under which law and under which section A can lodge complain against the B

but the dog is not comes under cruel animal, by nature.
you need to prove the negligence of A, on behalf of a Dog of A, bitten you, without being grave and sudden provocation by any body or any thing or any event or any sound.
