i wanted to know the right of the widow in DV Act where after the 12 days of death in laws were trying to throw out the widow who is not having issue & was married from 7yr

you can claim legal protection under the DV Act for a shared household.

The DV Act is meant to protect the interest of all the women. Widows are also entitled to invoke the said act for protection.

Also she is entitled to equal share in the property of her deceased husband as his legal heir along with her mother in law.

Lodge a compliant with the Police narrating the entire story of harrassment... your in laws cannot throw you out of the house after death of your husband... it does not matter whether u have an issue or not...

Yes. You could also file civil suit against your forceful ouster from the matrimonial home.
