Madam, you can file a petition to women harassment act or domestic violence act,or file a case in restitution of conjugal right to civil court or family court. Many chance to giving counseling for your husband.

Remedies already told to you.
Many more would come from others.

BUT I WISH TO CLARIFY YOU ONE POINT THAT THERE IS NO LAW UNDER WHICH YOU CAN COMPEL YOUR HUSBAND TO leave his parents and to live with you alone as he is also under moral as well LEGAL DUTY TO TAKE CARE OF THEM.

-Try to settle the matter amicably. Send some relatives to your matrimonial home and try to resolve the issue.

I do endorse the advice of Adv. Archana.

fully agree with the expert Adv Archana ji. It seems the situation has not worsened, it would if once the legal steps started. Try to resolve the matter with the help of well wishers of both side. If a little compromise saves the marriage, no harm. This compromise will be lesser than the humiliation both side may have to face in legal battle.
