In DVC case what procedure is to be followed in the court. Civil or Criminal?

Is there a possiblility to pray for amendment of complaint for inclusion of any oversighted omission when criminal procedure is to be followed?

The procedures in DV cases are quasi civil in nature. You can amend the Petition. File the petition supported by an affidavit.

amendment application is maintainable in DV matters as the same is quasi civil proceeding otherwise also court has been empowered under the provisions of this act to frame its own course of action to deal with the application.
