for a fresh law graduate, how much life membership fees will have to pay to the bar council of india or state bar association to get the certificate.

If he did not do the practise, then in how much time he will be cancelled as a meember of bar association

what are the major benefits of Bar association

Enrollment fee is different in each State Bar Council. Any individual cannot become the member of BCI.

Each bar association have also its own rules and regulations. It depends on those rules.

bar association is the body corporate and the regulatory body of the advocates. One major benefit is that you can freely and regularly practice in the area of that bar association.
