Dowry harassament, life threatening and domestic violence

Dear Sir/Madam,
My brother got married in last June. Within a month there was marital discord as my sister-in-law was not ready to stay with her mother-in-law (my mother). After multiple discussions between both of the families the issue of staying together could not be resolved amicably. Hence now my sister-in-law has lodged a complaint on him and 7 others on the charges of dowry harrasment, domestic violence and life threatening. The cases are supposedly booked under "498 A, 506, 3 and 4". Apart from my brother, my mother, self, my wife, my sister, my brother-in-law, my aunt and one of our family friend are the accused. Not only the allegations are false, apart from my brother and my mother none of the others accused were staying together or were involved in any way in their daily affairs.
My brother was arrested and released on bail and my mother and sister were called for questioning. Rest of us are yet to get a bail or have been called for questioning. In this case please suggest the future course of action and how to get our names delisted from this falsely implicated case. Also please suggest about applying for anticipatory bail.

apply for anticipatory bail .contact a lccal lawyer . you have to fight 498A case on merits

You should go for quashing of FIR before high court and meanwhile should strongly represent before the higher officials of the local police so that your names should be got deleted on the part of IO.
