my friend got married in 2012. since the day of her marriage i would even say as the doli reached her in laws house they started torturing her for money although they have already given 16 lakhs cash and 2 lakhs invested on bistra, peti , gold chain ,utensils etc. on the very first day they started demanding money for flat. her husband sister and brother in-law lives near to their in laws (i.e. 1 gali behind their house. her sister in -law continously torturing her for flat. even her mother in-law, sister in-law, brother in-law, and her husband tried to kill her 3-4 times. after so many tortures she doesn't left that house and even don't want to leave as she is so depressed that it was first marriage in their house how their parents feel. but now as her husband asked for divorced and throw her from her house then she told this matter to parents and other relatives. she now given a complaint in women cell where her husband called for counselling along with in-laws. here he is torturing her to tell police persons that she don't want to live with him and infront of police he himself saying that she don't want to go but she is saying she wants to go. during first counselling her husband says he is having a chats of her with guys during college days and given that to police and said he will prove her characterless but that chats are 4 years back and it was done by all friends not her alone but email id war her. how to defend that?? also he is now saying that they are living in delhi and parents living in punjab but actual thing is that after marriage her mother in-law come to live with her for 1 month. thereafter after fighting and creating misunderstandings between husband and wife she came back. thereafter every friday they came to punjab where his mother and sister and brother in-law tortures them and monday morning they again returned to delhi this remains 2-3 months after this his husband has to go for foreign tour from company then she left her to punjab where her sister, mother and brother in-law tortured her to the hell.. one must be asking why she doesn't tell to anybody so the answer is that she was not having phone also and her husband doesn't allow her parents to talk to them also instructed them to deposit money in their accounts during festival and don't come.whenever the situation goes out of the limit her parents go to in laws house but their her husband apologize and feel sorry but after few days they started doing same thing.. now from past 4 months she is at parents house and her husband didn't come to take her back publically he is insulting her and during counselling sessions at women cell infront of police persons he behaves different and infront of her alone behaves different. during torture from her mother in-law, sister inlaw , brother inlaw she was hurted badly then she decided to compalint against them but they say they will kill her as they were living in house where no other house is means at lonely place so due to fear her sister in-law has taken from her in written that she will not go to police station and her mother inlaw has not beaten her. also the complaint she has written they have forcefully taken from her by tightly gripped her neck. now her in laws also has given that complaint letter and note... and torturing her that she should say that she don't want to live with them.. because they know that they cannot give money for flat. her mother in-law is public ally saying that she is ready for her son's second marriage but in actual she (my friend) do wants to live with them but with respect as she is very cultures and INDIAN Girl.... i really feel very bad for her as she is my best friend we have done college together . now she is even in depression. after marriage i even tried to contact her but her husband didn't allow her to talk to any of her friend, i then even didn't interfere as i feel that due to me their life should not get spoiled. now when she came back to her parents house and contacted me. i feel really bad.. i pray to GOD that she get the justice...... please advice/help me what she should do so that i can help her.....
