Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 19 April 2010 This query is : Resolved
We had a ancestors land. My Dad and uncle transfered it by means of registerd Development agreement and POA. We the childrens signatures were not considered in agreement & POA, also one of my brother was minor during that time.
Can we challenge the agreement in the court and get it cancelled??
Please help

There was no requirement of obtaining the signature of any children whether minor or major as transfer could have been effected by your father and uncle for the necessity of the family.

Sir,
Can you elaborate this, as I am not clear.
No such necessaties are mentioned.

As a very well known builder is approaching me and is askng me to sign a sale deed with him. He will get the earlier development cancelled.

Is it workable.
