Vague statement, no facts provided.
Execution petition is liable to be challenged by Judgment Debtor.
Consult a local senior lawyer for proper guidance.
This platform is meant for obliging needy litigants and not for training or imparting legal education.

What you and your lawyer have been doing all these three years? You and your lawyer should have known, any decree is useless without its timely execution.

If there is even slightest truth in your story, spend some more money to consult some prudent lawyer, if your own lawyer proved useless. Otherwise, in my view, yours is merely a hypothetical query with no personal problem of yours.

Even otherwise also, your track record also suggests clearly that you had been posting only academic queries, not any real legal problem.

Judgement debtor can file IP at any time if his assets are not sufficient to meet his liabilities. This can be done by him even if an EP is filed by you.
