Easement.

(Querist) 11 June 2010 This query is : Resolved 
Meaning & Difference between Gratuitous & Non - Gratuitous Act.as per contract act, 1872.

Doctrine of restitution is not applicable to the minor WHY ? Also the doctrine of restitution required.

As Per Section 4 what is the meaning of Easement with the example(S).

A legal right to the access over or use of another's land or waterway is called easement.
