respected members please help me " heare is an unathuraize agrculture equipments manufacter factaory beside my house they make a lot of noise all the day and some time in the night too. we are all bothers to this . pleae tell me where can i file a case and cai i gat satey order agaist the factory which purly illegal and unautharize .

yes you can file case against civil nature and criminal nature, if you surely know the making unathorised manfacture, then vehemently file case against them.

If it is in the residential area and if you are sure it is unauthorised make a police complaint to prevent nuisance.

You are contemplating on taking a first step to stop the nuisance by going to some third party. As you said there are others as well who are disturbed; pay a visit to the factory and tell your grievance to its administration. May be it works out? Now-a-days in Chennai Police as a first step on any complaint call the complainant and the other party to find a solution and take action on FIR as last resort.

The matter could be taken up with the Executive Magistrate (RDO/SDO, District Collector) and the Pollution Control Board as well.
