Respected sir i got educational loan from 19/09/2005 to june 2008, about rs 148500/-
my loan comes UNDER IBA scheme,and i am coming under EWS( economically weaker section),here i enclosed CENTRAL government educational subsidy order,please conform i am eligible for interest subsidy as per here i enclosed document

your questions:
Whether course / institute was approved under the scheme. YES NO DOUBT
Whether you fulfilled the income criteria of the scheme. YES FULFILLED
Whether you availed any loan amount after 01.04.2009 (You availed between 2005 to april 2009), hence not entitled under the scheme). Subsidy is available for loan disbursed after 01.04.2009.
I AVAILED FROM 19/9/2005 TO 21/6/2008 ONLY
Whether you submitted the economically weaker section certificate in time? I approached bank directly in 2014 they simply ignored me,IT IS BANK DUTY TO SEND CLAIM FROM BORROWERS TO NODAL BANK(CANARA BANK)
Whether you paid interest in loan account in time? IN 13/10/2010 THEY SEND ONE LETTER YOUR ACCOUNT MARKED AS NPS ,FROM THAT DATE I PAID REGULARLY
