Hi! I am working in a private school since July 2004. I have completed 15 years of service. I have resigned from my job. I am eligible for gratuity. What amount shall i expect from the management. Kindly guide me.

Whether the School is aided or unaided?
Whether the School has a policy of grant of pension to teaching and non-teaching staff?
Show your appointment letter / School Rule(s) on the subject to a local lawyer practicing school matters for analyses, guidance and necessary proceeding.
