Employment agreement

Hi,

I have signed an agreement while joining the job. It is for 1 year but, due to some health issue I left the job after 1 month.

I have attached parts of the offer letter.

Kindly go through it and let me know what could happen in this issue.

Be ready to pay compensation to the company, if prescribed in the agreement, or else they can file a case against you in the court to recover the amount as per the terms of agreement.
