Dear Sir
I have attorney code with me. when i try to create user the word USER ID is consusing. I filled up there a rendum number say abcd1234 and selected attorney and entered my user code. Now when i click on button "create user", there is no response. I have NIP class 3 digital signature and have enabled the interner options as recommended.

This is technical glitch. The advocates could not be any help.

Being new user, make use of helpdesk and send details through email at: tmr-helpdesk@nic.in, as has already been indicated on the link page, as "If You are New to this system and to Register yourself as a New User, Kindly Submit your Details at tmr-helpdesk@nic.in"

I know, which department has not yet been able to get its site prepared, which shows "under construction (as I noticed later)," how we can expet its helpdesk to work with a non-commissioned website.
