i think emphasis should ve been upon increasing the no. of judges in the existing courts, i think evening courts and furthe the concepts like mobile courts as are being used in the state of Punjab and Haryana are virtually a failure.
its not good to shift burden upon the present judicial officers, let there be fresh recruitments and the courts should function normally.

In view of an abundant pending cases through out the country, it will not be out of place to mentioned that, justice delalyed is justice denied. This is a major setback to the people who are seeking justice for a years to years. Even recently, there are a different of opinions seen between CJI and PM over the pending cases. It's a prime need to overcome this problem of pending cases on a priority. Recently the evening courts will be functioing in the state of Maharashtra as per State Govt. Notification. These actions are really appreciated by the Govt. providedly our learned friends suggested to appointing additional judges and working hours of night also to be extended in order to diminsh our pending judicial task.
