Dear sirs
After getting evicted for not paying the rent from a possession ( with the help of court order & police) he is financially Nil , how can he defend himself from the land lord who is trying to file a case to collect the arrears rent from him ,with out giving an I.P

dear friend, rent was the legal claim of the landlord...he must ve filed a recovery suit against u...u can only prove that you paid the rent...or u may get something done in your favour on technical grounds which ur lawyer can advice u after seeing the papers.

better talk to ur previous landlord and try to compromise the matter.
