Sachin Bhatia (Expert) 07 October 2009
Yes it can be admitted, but it also depends upon the nature of the case.
Sarvesh Kumar Sharma Advocate (Expert) 07 October 2009
yes it has the same velue.
adv. rajeev ( rajoo ) (Expert) 08 October 2009
Yes it can be admitted as evidence but it has to be proved by the leading the evidence of the doctor. In absence of the doctor evidence it has no value.
In MVC cases normally it happens I usually object for the marking of the doctor certificate and it will be makred as subject proof so burden lies on the petititoner to prove the doctor certificate.
