Hello, dear experts
I want to know the procedure of setting aside ex parte in RSA at delhi high court

inspect judicial file and find out the reason for setting aside exparte decree/order and judgment passed in RSA.
Generally no such order(s) are passed in regular second appeal since both the parties appear before the Court and attend proceeding.

It is impossible that there could be an ex-parte decision in a civil appeal. May be there could be a sub silentio decision.
