Execution in fdp

(Querist) 26 February 2012 This query is : Resolved 
Suit for partition decreed. final decree was also passed. The portion allotted to me is in possession of a tenant. Now i have been advised to file execution petition to take physical possession of the property which allotted to me. what is the procedure

The lawyer already engaged by you shall draft and file the decree before the court which passed it with prayer to execute it. On notice the party in possession shall come and shall have to reply to the petition and further action shall be initiated as per provisions.
