Execution of order under n i act sec. 138

(Querist) 05 February 2014 This query is : Resolved 
JMFC ordered to pay or jail to accused offence under section 138 Nego. Ins. Act.. the appellate court decided not to interfere in subordinate court's order. the respondent still have not paid amount in favour of complainant or arrested....which steps will be advisable for complainant ? How to execute the order of subordinate court, which provision in CRPC for execution ?

Order of JMFC
(1) Respondent to be held as Accused for offense under 138 of NI Act and to be punished with penlty of rs. 5,000/- under provision of section 264 of CR.P.C.

(2) it is ordered to Accused to pay rs. 60,000/- to complainant...and imprisonment for six months if fail to make payment.
