hi please help me. i got divorce in december 7 th 2007 as exparte(my ex husband did not attend the court). then i legaly married a person on september 11th 2008. he is also a divorcee who got his divorce through ex parte(his wife didnot appear in the court) on july 29th 2008. now i came to know through some of my friends that my second marriage will not be valid because it is done within 90 days. please help me

Your matter is clear but you are thinking about your second husband who took his divorce on 29th July 2008 and got re-marriage with you on 11th Sep 2008. In case his first wife has not challenged the decree till this time then the marriage is perfect and your marriage cannot be set aside even if she moves any application for setting aside ex-parte order. Courts take into consideration all latest aspects into consideration especially when the applicant herself is at fault.
God helps those who help themselves. Law also does the same thing.
