You have to ask the employee to convert his business visa to employment visa. It would be for specific period. You need to enter into employment contract only for that period. Terms and conditions have to be decided by the company depending upon its necessity, resource, assessment and demands. Taxation law of India applies. Employees would be liable for profession tax as applicable in Karnataka and income tax which are to be paid to the government.
Apart from this you are liable to pay cover him under PF Act applicability depends upon the period of employment and health insurance compulsorily.
