Expert advice on m.v.act

Sir,

I have received a summon from CJM court Agra under dhara 68 anu suchi-5, prapatra -1 and I have present in front of the Hon. court on 12/12/2013.

I want to know the offence lying under this section and the penalty against it.

Please give in detail & guide me the manner in which I have to face the court for minimum penalty.
