Amendment to the memorandum and articles of association

Dear All,

In the light of the current amendments in the manner of holding board meetings through video conferencing and sending annual reports by e-mails to the shareholders, is it necessary to alter the Company's Memorandum and Articles of Association in order to include the aforesaid provisions?

For sending annual reports by e-mails to the shareholders should be amend in the Company's Memorandum and Articles of Association
