court gives me punishment undersection 332 IPC for 1 year ( 332 also punishes fine ) now against that court decision appel matter is pending in court .. i am ready to give fine , can court convert my punishment to fine .. what.s chances of that . before this i dont got any punishment Either fine or Presionmet , i am also journalist n got many prises , can this will be helpful for me to convert punishment to fine

YES, PUNISHMENT FOR 332 IS ONLY FINE ALSO, AT THE DISCRETION OF COURT.
IT DEPENDS ON EVIDENCE & YOUR INTENTIONS TO PREVENT PUBLIC SERVANT TO PERFORM HIS DUTY. & INJURY SUSTAINS BY POLICE, AS U SAY.
