I had filed a consumer complaint which was decided in my favour. The company has not paid the compensation as ordered by the District Consumer Court. It is now more than 30 days since I received the copy of the order. I want to know what the procedure to appeal before the court is. Please let me know the following:
1. Is there any specific format or I can approach to the court on plain letter?
2. Do I have to specify any section under which I want the respondent to be punished?
3. Any other point you would like to suggest in this regards.
Regards.

1. First you have to send a copy of the order to the Opposite party asking for compliance of the order.
2. When after the due date it fails to act , then file Execution Case in the same Forum.
For format ask the officials they should give you a model petition.
3. Ask for issuance of warrant of arrest to execute the order.

You would need to file for execution.
