if an agreement to sale is not regd then what is the utility of it.what is called collateral purpose use of such document.
i want to know what is collateral purpose?

a person entered into agreement to sale thereafter he disagreed at to having made any such agreeement.does he have any defence to make that the document titled agreement to sale is worth useful in court.in this regard i came to know what is called collateral purpose.anyway those two above gentlems denied having made it clear that they will not reply to any academic query.
a person is dying in court of law and they consider it as academic;;;;.
future of LCI is not solely in those 2 gentlemans.comeforward and answer sothat noble purpose of justice be served minus any such comment stated above.
i think mr makkad will take thread longer like any other gentleman.
