Layers in bangalore, divorce within 1st year - anticipatory bail

(Querist) 21 July 2012 This query is : Resolved
Hi,
I got married on 24th April 2012. However, I was a victim of Public humiliation and hence, I am not involved in this marriage emotionally. I have not involved in any intimate moments with the girl. Everyone I know, my friends and family says there is no fault of Girl's in what happened. However, no one is ready and I know neither will they ever understand how I feel about what happened that day. Anyhow, I have decided to call it a quit and have even approached a lawyer in Bangalore. The lady did give me some good advice, however, I feel her fees very high and I can't afford. Fees for divorce and anticipatory bail. I need help from a genuine lawyer in Bangalore that could help me that just wanting to make money from my situation. I know everything in metro is just about commercial, however, I am still hoping to meet someone that is genuine, able to help and keep their fees very reasonable and / or affordable. I would also like to know the cost of anticipatory bail for 3 people (in bangalore) and on what basis or how is alimony / compensation calculated. Kindly advice. Thanks in advance! P.S.: I am located in Bangalore - any genuine lawyer(s) from bangalore interested to help? Thank you

1) fees charged depend upon the experience of advocate . how many years he is practising in the high court .

2)fees charged vary from lawyer to lawyer .

3)alimony depends upon whether your widwe is workingf or not , how much you are earning per month . whether you have any dependents etc

4) better engage a experienced lawyer .

You better search yourself suitable advocate from this site or from any other place.

I think the heading of your query do not fit in the eyes of law as no person can file petition seeking divorce within one year of marriage and secondly your wife has not filed any criminal case so there is no need for anticipatory bail. Thirdly better to reconcile the matter amicably instead of wasting your time, energy, money and reputation. You are undermining the harassment which you and your whole family shall have to face many years (may it be more than 10 years) in the courts. Why to talk a single lawyer, you shall have to engage many lawyers at every stage of the case viz. separate at appeal before sessions judge and then high court and then Supreme Court. If you have not much money then leave you ego and follow the advice of your family members and friends and of your wife also.
