Non payment of salary for a manager

Hi,

This is madhu, worked in a company as a Asst.General Manager not been Provided the salary for 2 months due to financial crises for many employees.

I am one of them.Later come to know some of them been paid but me not. Almost a year gone and requested the concerned through mails.

nothing has been done.Can you advise to collect my money?

Issue notice through ur Advocate or send a letter yourself by regd post ack due demanding for immediate payment of the dues with interest. If ur employer fails to pay, you will have to file a suit to recover the amount. Suit should be filed within a period of three years from the date the salary has become payable to u.
