my wife filled against me 498a,125crpc and domestic violence.
i can prove that all allegation are false. audio evidence one of them. can anyone tell me audio evidence is beneficiary for me in 498a.
but in audio evidence time and date not mansion. but in Audio evidence my wife accepted that me and my family not demanding dowry and did not physical torching her for dowry.
is audio evidence valuable in 498a.before evidance stage.can i appel high court with my avidence for quash 498a,125crpc. In my case police filled charge sheet against me in 498a,and charge bahas is next. Can i go high court for quash 498a at this stage
