HE BLACKMAILING ME THAT U R OUTSIDER AND I WILL CANCEL YOUR FLAT ON THIKS GROUND

has any agreement been entered into for purchase of flat ? what were clauses in said agreement ? if society fails to deliver posession move consumer forum for deficency in service and ask for posession of flat and compensation for delay in delivering posession

Your query cannot be replied exactly what you desire for want of relevant documents. It shall be better to avail the services of local lawyer and show him entire documents.

i have membership number alloted to me. i have all the demand letters from society and receipt of all payments accept interest amount.but i have demand letter and bank statement which proves the rtgs .i have society statment of nil account and interest statement which i already paid
can i have rights to make fir in 420 against him

You should make a written representation to the Assistant registrar of your area annexing all documents as this is your legal right now to obtain the possession which after getting entire outstanding payment cannot be denied on the ground that your are outsider.
You shall become insider only when you get the possession.
