an employee signed an agreement with employer that he will surely work with him for 3 years if he leaves in between then employer will get compensation of Rs:-90000. if employee leaves the service within 3 years then can employer enforce the contract & get compensation.?

once you have siged the bond you are bound by its terms . you have agreed to pay Rs 90,000as comepnsation to the meployer . if you leave before expiry of 3 years employer will seek to recover said amount from you . the employer must have spent money on your training . hence he is seeking to recover from you .
if you fail to pay then he may take legal proceedings aginst you .

Do you mean to say that if it was not validly legal anybody would get that kind of bond signed? Whoever is telling you that sort of bond is not legally valid, are saying so without any Responsibility for their such statement.
