Hello Sir,
This is saikrishna Aged 28 and i am Sr Engineer in a MNC.
My girlfriends name is swetha and she is aged 27. We are in love for almost 6+ years. We both belongs to different castes but both are BC's only.
Problem is my girl friend father is very money minded and not at all care for his daughter.she is studying her Masters in Pharmacy in OU. I am only paying all money (including hostels and everything) from 3 to 4 years. He dont agree to marry her to me also.We are trying from almost 5 years to convince him but he is talking very rudely and behave very indecently with my parents who wants to convince him. we dont want money but want to have a arranged marriage to get good respect from our relatives too. finally i got frustrated with his talks and marry her this year.
But her daughter want to put a case for share in property. i dont know much about all these cases and all. Daughter has right in parents property? Please advise me.He has three daughters and two married , she is the younger one. Properties are registered on her mother name.

SO your only question is"But her daughter want to put a case for share in property. i dont know much about all these cases and all. Daughter has right in parents property? Please advise me.He has three daughters and two married , she is the younger one. "???
If father of your wife has acquired the properties from his own earning then during his lifetime his children have no right or share in those properties. He is free to deal them as per his free wish as he can sale, gift, mortgage, lease, exchange without any interference from anybody, whosoever he may be.
But in case your wife's father has inherited these properties from his father(but not by WILL rather by law of succession)and his children including your wife were born in the life time of his father(grand father of your wife),then all children including your wife and their father have equal share in the property and in that situation your wife can sue him for her share which ,if there are no sons, appears to be 1/4 among three daughters and father.

It is better to solve the matter amicably as a person acquiring any property out of his own efforts, can dispose off it as per his free whims and wishes without intervention from any quarter.
