1. If any woman is not able to fight her Genuine Property Matters case/Apply for Probate/File Partition Suit in Bombay High Court due to poor financial condition, whether there are any Women's Organisation in Mumbai who can give Free Legal Aid and fight the case ?.
2. Please provide me Name and Address of such Organisations.

In every court there is the facility of rendering free legal aid to the needy. Contact the legal aid centre of the court.

YES, ALL DISTRICT COURT HAVE FREE LEGAL AID.
However it seems you want your 50% share in your deceased father's FLAT, you are bound to pay Court Fees over a Lakh Rupees, and file civil suit against your brother and Co-op Society.
So no sense going for Free Legal Aid. +
