Mentenance amount after divorce.

I am Working in a MNC , My divorce case is pending in Noida ( U.P ) Court , My cash in hand salery is Rs 1 Lac per month , I have 3 children ( 11 yesr , 7 years and 2 year old ) , I want to know that's what amount the court will fix as a maintenance in case of divorce.All children are with her mother.

It is decided by the court on the basis of your earning,expected /prsent expanses of the children , their mother and on so many things on the basis of material on file. There is no exact formula fixed for it in law

Yes, there is no fixed formula for that. All will depend upon the expenses, needs and living standard of both the parties. The income of your wife shall also be taken into consideration.

There is no fixed formula for granting maintenance. It depends on expenses, standard of living, basic needs, earning of both parties.

The amount of maintenance depends upon many factors like the earning of your wife which you have not mentioned, the liabilities of both sides and so on.
