hello sir
i want to know we are buying a trust property settled in bhopal [mp] from a party. so we want to know is party is able to sale the trust property.
[1]- what is its procedure.
[2]- is the court permission is required?

If the Trust is public then permission is required. If it is private then no permission from court is necessary.
